We’re excited to announce a new opportunity to join our growing team at Parker Andrews. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Secretary/ Administrative Assistant to support one of our Insolvency Practitioners at our Stanmore office.

About the Secretary/ Administrative Assistant Role

As Secretary/ Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tasks and providing essential support to our Insolvency Practitioner and wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and meeting management
  • Handling calls, emails and correspondence
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support
  • Document preparation and management
  • General office duties such as scanning, photocopying and filing

Confidentiality and professionalism are key, as you’ll be handling sensitive information in a trusted role.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant or PA (ideally within professional services, legal, or finance)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office

Desirable (not essential):

  • Experience within insolvency, legal, or financial practices
  • Knowledge of insolvency procedures and related documents
