Hiring Now: Senior Insolvency Investigator

Parker Andrews Ltd are a boutique firm of Insolvency Practitioners with head offices in Norwich and further offices across the UK. We are recruiting for an experienced and technically strong Senior Insolvency Investigator to join our growing team.
This role involves handling a varied portfolio of both corporate and personal insolvency cases, supporting our Insolvency Practitioners with investigations, particularly on more complex matters across a broad range of industry sectors.

About the Role
As a Senior Insolvency Investigator at Parker Andrews, you’ll work closely with our Insolvency Practitioners on contentious and non-contentious matters. You’ll be involved in:
- Investigations across Administrations, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) and Compulsory Liquidations
- Reviewing and progressing antecedent transaction actions and directors’ duties/misfeasance matters
- Assisting with Directors’ Disqualification investigations
- (Desirable) Handling investigations within Bankruptcy cases
You’ll have exposure to a wide range of industries and case complexities, providing expert support on a broad portfolio of insolvency matters.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced, detail-focused professional with strong analytical skills and excellent technical knowledge of insolvency law.
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in insolvency investigations
- Strong technical understanding of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Highly IT literate (MS Office and business information systems)
Desirable:
- Experience supervising junior colleagues
- An accountancy or insolvency qualification (e.g. CPI, ACA, ACCA)
- Experience working collaboratively with lawyers, accountants and stakeholders
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management platforms

You will be proactive, methodical and confident handling a diverse caseload. The role requires someone comfortable working under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
You’ll be equally capable working independently and within a team environment, with a user-focused approach and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
